The pools were nice, i guess. They had water in them.
I booked a bungalow triple room pool view. It was supposed to be all fancy. instead, i got some standard room. the air conditioning sounded like a jet engine about to take off so sleeping was impossible, and the reception staff acted like i was bothering them by asking for what i paid for. customer service? more like customer disservice.

i found the food to have much variety and it tasted great! there were snacks bars everywhere i went. i also enjoyed the ice skating, a very unique amenity. the water park had slides that provided hours of fun.

the cleaner always left cute towel animals. it was acceptable.
the shower in our bungalow was broken, it started overflowing. reception was informed, no one came to fix it. we dealt with the mess. the pools were advertised as heated. they were freezing cold.
